How do I find my size?

Insertion/Removal Tips:

  1. Put one leg up on the bathtub or chair. You can also use a little bit of water-based lubricant to help with insertion.
  2. Open your vagina’s lips, then using the handle, push Uresta into your vagina at a 45 degree angle, or pointing towards your tailbone.
  3. If the handle’s at the opening of the vagina, push the handle in until the first knuckle on your finger is at the opening of your vagina (approximate depth of 1 inch).


Tip: You shouldn’t be able to feel it when it’s correctly inside you.
